Lex Leeming is an accomplished private equity professional with eight years of leveraged buyout and capital raising experience.

Mr. Leeming formed Condor Automotive Group and serves on its Board of Directors. He executes new investments, assists fundraising efforts and oversees various portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Park Avenue Equity in 2006, Mr. Leeming was a Director of sales and marketing at American Express.

From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Leeming worked for Global Emerging Markets, a New York based LBO firm. While an associate, he completed numerous buyouts, private placements and recapitalizations.

Mr. Leeming earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in 2002 and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tufts University in 1996.
